Craftsman

Embracing simplicity, handiwork and natural materials, the respected roots of Craftsman-style homes have appealed to generations of homeowners. Craftsman floor plans are often cozy, with shingle siding and stone details. Open porches with overhanging beams and rafters are common, as are projecting eaves, a low-pitched gable roof, corbels, rafter tails and tapered columns.

Southwest

The building blocks of Southwestern style share family ties with the desert landscape and arid climate that inspired them. The splash of courtyard fountains can be heard from behind rustic wrought iron gates and ornate front doors with wrought iron glass. Traditional masonry construction covered in stucco was used to help keep the interior cool. Decorative detailing may include patterned tile work, stone floors and exposed timber, giving Southwestern homes a distinct, inviting aesthetic.

Coastal

Coastal-style homes are all about clean lines and breezy, casual design. Large windows let in an abundance of natural light and are perfect for soaking in stunning waterfront views. Featuring fresh, bright color palettes, Coastal homes often feature smooth shutters and white trim details.

European

Reminiscent of elegant countryside estates, European-style homes feature grand entrances and a blend of brick, stone and stucco exteriors with ornate details. Inside you'll find Old World influences, including high ceilings with exposed beams, tall windows and arched doorways.

Colonial

Symmetrical and refined, Colonial-style homes are the epitome of historical American design. Decorative elements are sleek and simple, offering a stately and distinguished aesthetic. The entryway is the focal point of the exterior, often featuring numerous columns. Crossheads and shutters are used to accent windows.

Victorian

Victorian-style homes gained popularity in the mid- to late-1800s, bringing in fresh, asymmetrical style with ornate design elements. Elaborate details and trim accent turrets and bay windows. Victorian style is instantly recognizable, featuring varying textures, elegant wrap-around porches and vibrant, unique color palettes.

Traditional

Combining practical design with architectural elements from a variety of home styles, Traditional-style homes value function over form. Classic elements and modest details make Traditional the perfect choice for a quintessential family home. Traditional style walks the line between modern and historic design, offering a harmonious blend of functional design and decorative elements.

Modern Farmhouse

The increasingly popular Modern Farmhouse style finds its roots in practical, classic details with some sleek modern updates. Wrap-around porches featuring simple columns and railings are common, and board and batten details are used throughout - from the front entryway to the shutters. Spacious, open floor plans create inviting spaces that are well-suited for hosting family gatherings.
